Very central location, cool and perfect rooms. Rooms with the windows open. Vews of the cathedral. Easy access to Cafe Noray, just 5 minutes walk.

I recently stayed at the Santa Maria 12 apartments in Cadiz for a week-long vacation. Pilar and Rocio, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and provided great local information and tips. The apartment was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bed linen. The well-equipped kitchen and coffee machine in the lobby were convenient amenities. The location was perfect, right next to the coastal promenade, making it easy to explore the city.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, between old and new city. Great apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. Close to the beach and walkable to all areas of interest.

Lovely apartments just steps away from the cathedral. Our room was beautifully renovated and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. The owner was friendly and provided us with helpful tourist information. Free wifi, TV, and AC were also great amenities. The central market and shopping streets were just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
